Clearwater Prep runs boys 18U & 16U teams that play in the NAPHL Prep division for maximum exposure around North America.

Yes, there are tax deductions that can be claimed, but we encourage all families to consult their tax specialist about the specifics.

Students who require a Physical Education credit for college admission can earn one credit per year on their transcripts upon receiving a letter from their coach indicating that they participating in regular training for a minimum of 6 months of a calendar year.

Physical Education credits (up to one per year) earned at another institution can also listed on your transcript.

In both scenarios, Physical Education credits are not included in the calculation of your GPA, nor do they count toward meeting the minimum 20 course graduation requirement. All Physical Education credits are listed as Pass or Fail.

Yes, we strongly believe that you shouldn’t be limited in exploring your interests as a student because you are a high performing athlete.  Students are encouraged to explore our extensive elective offerings in our course catalogs.

Yes. Our school calendar runs congruently with the local Florida county school year.

Smaller class sizes mean more 1on1 attention to help your son; however, another tutoring is available (additional fee) where any student can schedule time with our approved tutors.

Yes. We offer full college & career-counselling programs. We continue to build relationships with various college coaches and admission offices throughout the United States.

Clearwater Prep is pleased to offer low student to teacher ratios in each classroom. Our max ratio is 10 to 1 for a personal academic experience for each student.

Total tuition fee is $40,000 USD (Education & Hockey)

International Students $45,000 USD (Education, Hockey & Visa Application Fee’s)

Billeting – If necessary, add $450/month USD for billeting

  • 2020-2021 Season:
    • Registration fees
    • Team travel expenses (flights, hotels, meals)
    • Team apparel (helmet, gloves, jerseys, socks, pant shell, etc.)

Plus:

  • Private education
  • Daily on-ice skills development
  • Daily off-ice strength & conditioning
  • Academy apparel (track suit, shorts, t-shirt, golf shirt, backpack, etc.)
